⚽ MLS GO PLAY FUND – Individual Participant Grant
The MLS GO PLAY FUND provides financial assistance for youth participating in MLS GO programs nationwide. To apply, a parent or legal guardian must complete the application for the 2025 grant cycle. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.

Applications must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Incomplete applications will be declined automatically.

Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.

Financial assistance is not available for past registrations and cannot be reimbursed.

Receiving assistance for one season does not guarantee future support.

To qualify:

Annual household income must be below $80,610 (national median).
-
Participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC.

Proof of both income and benefit enrollment is required.

Approved funds will be sent directly to your league operator, not to families.
